Birla Trimaya in Shettigere, near Devanahalli, North Bangalore, is a premium high-rise residential township just 2 km from the airport. It has 52 acres and features exquisitely planned 4 BHK duplex homes and 1, 2, and 3 BHK flats. Over 80% of the area is dedicated to open spaces and greenery. Phase 1, with 550 flats, sold out within three days of its September 5, 2023 launch. The entire project will eventually offer 2600 flats. With RERA approval (PR/300823/006200), the possession begins in 2027. Phase 2 is eagerly awaited.
