Meehow Czapski
Meehow Czapski (the phonetic spelling of my name, Michał) is a certified mindfulness meditation teacher and group facilitator born and raised in Poland. His path has taken him across the globe—from France to Switzerland, the UK to Germany, and Japan—where he’s immersed himself in diverse cultures and ways of being. As a gay man, immigrant, and someone who speaks with an accent, Meehow brings a deep sensitivity to questions of identity, belonging, and emotional resilience.
He is a graduate of the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program (MMTCP)—a two-year professional training in awareness and compassion-based practices led by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach.
Meehow’s personal practice is grounded in navigating anxiety, anger, and melancholy—not by resisting these states, but by learning to observe them with care and curiosity. He believes in the power of meditation to foster inner peace and shared understanding, and is honored to co-create spaces where participants can slow down, connect, and explore their own unique paths.
