Broward County Property Appraiser - MEET

The Broward County Property Appraiser's Mobile Exemptions and Education Team (MEET) provides community-based support to property owners with filing for their Homestead Exemption and any additional exemptions that they may qualify for that can help them save on their property taxes. We do this by attending or curating over 1,000 events annually throughout Broward County.

In addition to provide help with exemptions, MEET also assists homeowners with signing up for our FREE Owner Alert service which is designed to help protect homeowners from scams or fraud by notifying them if a document is received by BCPA changing the ownership of the property without the owner’s knowledge. This free notification service will notify the owner if any changes have been made to their Deed.
