The Upstate Home Team at KW Western Upstate was founded in 2017 and has helped over 300 families buy and sell homes since. Founded by Roger Nix, who got licensed in 2005 and has sold over 300 homes himself. Our vision is to be recognized as the "real estate team of choice" for the Upstate of South Carolina by providing first class real estate services in the communities we serve. Our mission is to consistently exceed the expectations of our clients by providing timely expertise and first class service through the utilization of proven systems, strategic marketing and visionary thinking. The team consists of two team agents, Olivia Wright and Tyler Durham. Olivia brings a sincere determination to getting the best possible outcome for her clients…whether buying or selling. Her attention to the details of the buying and selling process from start to finish ensures her clients that their real estate goals are her primary concern. With a background as a real estate paralegal, she has seen the transaction from all sides and knows how to communicate with agents, lenders, attorneys, and contractors to ensure that everything is running smoothly throughout the closing…and even beyond. Tyler, who, before obtaining his license, obtained his Juris Masters Degree from Liberty University and worked in real estate law for 2.5 years. During this time, he found his passion for helping people with their real estate goals and has been actively working with local home buyers and sellers since 2020. Tyler is a proud veteran of the SC Army National Guard where he mastered skills in leadership, accountability, performance under pressure, and efficiency. In addition, he is a member of the Keller Williams Rainbow Network and committed to closing the home-ownership gap for all minority groups.
