Organizing an event

View your transfers report

The transfers report will show you a list of orders that have been transferred to a different event or ticket type. Use this report to check original order information and confirm new order information after a transfer is complete. To get started, go to Event reports (under Reporting) in your event. Then choose Transfers report. To view this report for multiple events, go to Reporting in your organization settings.

  • 4. Select “Transfers” (Under “Box office”).
  • 5. Customize your report.
  • 6. Export your data.

NOTE: Access to the Transfer report requires permission to view “Basic reports”. If you’re not the account owner, contact them to check if you have this permission.

1. Go to your event dashboard.

Log in to your Eventbrite account and go to Manage my events from your account menu. Then select your event.

2. Select “Reporting”.

3. Select “Event reports”.

4. Select “Transfers” (Under “Box office”).

5. Customize your report.

  • Date range - Set a date range for the transfers you want to view.

  • Search - Search for attendees by name, order number, or email address.

6. Export your data.

Select "Excel" or "CSV" to export your data to a spreadsheet.
