SHIBA New Volunteer Counselor Training provides two days, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. both days, of in-depth training on Medicare and its associated insurances as well as a section on volunteer responsibilities for reporting, confidentiality and advocacy, as well as fraud prevention and reporting.
Lunch is provided both days. Please let us know if you have special dietary needs (gluten free, vegetarian, allergies, etc.)
