There will be a free coach service for new international students arriving at Heathrow Airport on
Saturday 19th September or Sunday 20th September 2015
to take students to the Mile End Campus. This service is free of charge to new Queen Mary students but requires you to book a place in advance, using this booking form. The coaches will run between 8am and 10pm - please note if your flight arrives at Heathrow any later, we cannot guarantee a place on the transfer service.
Coaches will depart from Heathrow Terminal 3 - if you arrive into a different terminal please make your way to Terminal 3 'Meeting Point', where our staff and student ambassadors will be waiting to meet and greet you. Look out for staff in blue t-shirts holding Queen Mary signs!
We regret we cannot arrange airport collection on alternative dates or from different airports. For advice regarding travel to the College outside of these times or from other airports, please see How To Find Us.
Coaches will depart from Terminal 3, at London Heathrow Airport, to Queen Mary, Mile End campus. We expect that buses will leave Terminal 3 approximately every two hours on Saturday, and every three hours on Sunday. Luggage restrictions apply - max 2 suitcases per person.
Family and friends
The airport collection service is for Queen Mary students only. If you are travelling with family members or friends they are welcome to travel on the coach only if there are spaces available. Priority is always given to students.
