9:30 am Parade Participant Stagin corner of Virginia and Lenox

10:00 am Parade Begins

10:15am Picnic in the Monticello park

Volunteers needed

8:00 am Picnic Set Up (tables/chairs/tents) (3 volunteers)

9:30 am Street Crossing Gaurds (10 volunteers)

need a person over 18 at each street entry to stand in font of barricade and wait until parade passes then move barricade to curb. This task is really simple and you do not miss a minute of the parade action. This is required by the city of FTW to conduct a parade.

12:00 pm Tear Down (tables/chairs/tents) (3 volunteers)
