Description
The TALK Walk is a summer hallmark that promotes health, safety, and community for residents in Milwaukee's Hillside neighborhood. Funds generated from the annual walk will support Summer on the Hill activities, including National Night Out Against Crime, a Resource Fair, Let's "TALK" Family Dinners, Educational Forums and Summit for Youth and Parents, etc.

The 8th Annual TALK (Take Action, Listen, & Know) Walk for Health and Safety is led by 2015 Walk Co-Chairs John Bohn (Director Wisconsin HIDTA) and Tamyra Trice (PA at the Progressive Health Care Clinic), and the walk is organized by the Hillside Talk Campaign Committee. MAKE NOTE: In the event of bad weather, the Walk will be held inside Blast Fitness and vendors will be located inside the Hillside Family Terace Resource Center. Additionally, all checks should be made payable to "Housing Authority-City of Milwaukee".
