Using Google to Find Scholarly Literature across Disciplines - John Hernandez
The Google search engines (including web search, Google Books and Google Scholar) provide powerful tools for locating scholarly literature on any academic discipline. This session will focus on strategies and techniques for making the most of Google’s search power to help you find academically appropriate material. I will draw on examples from a variety of academic disciplines and demonstrate how Google can be integrated along with other traditional library resources to give your research a boost.
