FY2015 E-Rate Form 471 Workshop – EGCC - Pugliese Training Center

Lorrie Germann, State E-Rate Coordinator with the Ohio Department of Education, will conduct the FY2015 E-Rate Form 471 Workshop. With the release of the E-Rate Modernization Order (E-Rate 2.0), the Form 471 application will be drastically changed. The session will highlight the changes to the form, as well as tips and explanations to make the application process a little easier. The workshop is scheduled 9:00-12:00, but Lorrie will be available from 1:00-3:00 to answer individual questions.
