What time does the event start?

It starts at 10:15am sharp. Please arrive by 10:00am to secure your spot. At 10:05, we will release any spots  to those on the waitlist.

What time is it over?

The experience ends at 11:00am.

Question 3

Do I need to bring my own mat?

Yes! Please bring your own mat. However, if you are guest of the hotel, we wil have a mat for you.

What if I can’t make it?

We will miss you! Refunds can be made seven days or more prior to the event. Please keep in mind that if less than seven days, there will be no refund. Thank you.

What is the address?

We are located at 3315 Peachtree Road, NE, Atlanta, GA 30336. The event will be on the Lobby level  of the hotel in the Hope Room due to the cold weather.

Where do I park?

There is a garage on the side of our building on Steve Porter Way. To open the garage door, push the button, then again to receive your parking ticket. You may park on level B or C. Note: you may use valet parking; however, only self parking will be complimentary.

Do I have to pay to park?

No, unless you choose to use valet parking. Valet parking is not complimentary; however self parking, as noted above, is complimentary. When you check in, you will receive a voucher for your complimentary parking.

Where do I enter the building?

From the garage, take the elevator to the lobby. When you exit the elevator, turn left. Walk down the long hallway and turn right. You will go past the Windsor Ballroom. Hope 3 Room will be at the end of the hallway by the glass doors on your right.

Where are the bathrooms?

The bathrooms are located just befor the Hope Room on the left.

Do I need a towel?

If you need a towel for your yoga mat, please bring it. The pool towels are for our hotel guests only.

Do I need to bring water?

Feel free to bring your own water. We will have a hydration station set up with fruit infused water.

What if I want to eat after? Do you have a place to dine?

Yes. We would love for you to make a day of it! You may enjoy The Americano, helmed by celebrity Scott Conant, located next to our lobby. You will be glad you did! Note: Reservations suggested and can be made at opentable.com.

Can I invite other guests?

Only those that are registered may attend; however, if Day Passes are available via Resort Pass for the afternoon, you can reserve spots to enjoy the pool.

May I bring my kids?

Kids 12 and up are welcome, but require a ticket and must be under adult supervision at all times. Please bring a mat for them as well. Swimming is not permitted unless you are hotel guest. You may choose to continue your day with us by purchasing a Resort Pass at resortpass.com.
