This training is intended for adults that provides a look at what gratitude is, the benefits it offers and different avenues to pursue a gratitude practice. This engaging training provides an opportunity to practice the techniques learned about. A pen and paper are strongly suggested for this training. At the end of this training, participants will walk away with an individualized action step that can help them get started on developing their own gratitude practice.

Learning Objectives:

1. Define gratitude​

2. Learn about the benefits​ of practicing gratitude

3. Explore what it means to practice gratitude​

4. Discover ways to engage in a gratitude practice​

5. Determine one action step you will engage in post-training

This event is for residents and/ or service providers to residents of Orange County, California only.

Please note that we will no longer admit new participants after 15 minutes into the presentation due to the impact on the training process, information being shared and current participants.

There is a minimum registration requirement of 10 participants in order for this training to be facilitated. If there are fewer than 10 participants, the training will be rescheduled for the upcoming month. Thank you for your cooperation and support.
