Session 1 - Negotiations: Advocating for Self and Others

Speaker: Christina Fong, PhD

The goal of this session is to equip faculty with the skills to effectively negotiate for themselves and their team in order to achieve not only personal or professional aspirations, but also overall program growth.

Session 2 - Not Imposter Syndrome

Speaker: Reshma Jagsi, MD, DPhil

The goal of this session is to discuss imposter syndrome and its nuances (including what is wrong with the concept and updated ways to approach these issues) to provide practical guidance and advice to women leaders in medicine and science.

Session 3 - Difficult Conversations

Speaker: Sara Kim, PhD

The goal of this session is to discuss an approach to having tough conversations with less stress and more success, particularly for women in medicine and science.

Session 4 - How to Build and Lead Diverse Teams - Strategy

Speaker: Ben Humphreys, MD, PhD

The goal of this session is to provide key insights on how to incorporate diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy and lead a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team.
