Who can attend this event?

This event is primarily for District Administrators, with district staff members, particularly ADAs welcome to attend. To ensure each DA has a chance to attend, if you wish to bring staff, we recommend bringing those who are most impactful towards your district and tournament administration.

What is included in registration?

Each attendee will be provided catered lunch during the event, along with light refreshments and drinks during the event.

Are there any sessions on Friday or Sunday?

No sessions will be scheduled, as part of the DA meeting for Friday or Sunday. Various states or DAs may utilize the time to meet or socialize off-site before or after the event.

Will Region staff be available to meet before or after the event?

At the end of the day of the event, Region staff will be available to discuss one-on-one or in small groups as time permits. If you wish to meet with staff on Friday afternoon, you will need to inquire on availability, which may be very limited.
