About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours 30 minutes

Join us for an evening of deep relaxation and artistic inspiration at Ursa Art Gallery in downtown Bridgeport. URSA is more than an art gallery, it’s an experiential space blending modern art, design, and specialty coffee. Inspired by the Parisian cafés of the early 1900s, URSA is a place where people come together to share ideas, connect, and be inspired!

URSA Roasters will offer free coffee samples to taste and purchase after the yoga session.

This special event, led by Jackie Fedor and Berta Prevosti, will be a blend of vinyasa yoga and transformative Yoga Nidra in this unique, creative space.

About Berta Prevosti
Berta is not only Jackie’s yoga teacher trainer but a true master in her craft. Berta is an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher, Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist, and Reiki Master with over 30 years of experience in yoga, meditation, and energy healing. Certified in Yoga Nidra and trained in India, she blends yogic philosophy, spiritual counseling, and energy work to guide others on their healing journey.
