About the Class:
Join Jena for an evening of creativity and cake decorating at Cocohodo! In this beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll learn how to create a beautiful monochromatic vintage-style cake. Choose your favorite color, cake flavor (chocolate or vanilla), and filling (strawberry compote or caramel) to make a cake that’s uniquely yours.
During the class, Jena will guide you through techniques for piping timeless vintage details like shell borders, drape lines, bows, and even adding a sweet custom message with edible pearl decals. All materials are provided, so you can relax, learn, and have fun creating something delicious.
And to sweeten the experience, your ticket includes a free medium drink (coffee, matcha, or tea)*—perfect for sipping while you decorate and connect with fellow baking enthusiasts.

Jena’s journey in baking began in 2020 when her passion for creating sweet delights took off. Determined to pursue her culinary dreams, she enrolled in culinary school and earned her Pastry Arts degree in Fall 2024. Now a proud owner of a thriving micro bakery, Jena brings her creativity, skill, and warmth to every class, sharing her love for baking with every delicious treat she creates.
