Coming to High Point in the Summer? Here’s What to Expect!

If this is your first time visiting High Point outside of Market, you’re in for a different experience. With a slower pace and fewer crowds, it’ll feel like we have the whole city to ourselves… almost. That same week, the Miss North Carolina festivities will be happening at the High Point Theatre, adding a bit of extra sparkle to town.

While there’s no mad dash for hotel rooms, we do recommend booking your accommodations sooner rather than later. While the pageant festivities won’t bring tens of thousands of visitors, it does attract over 1,000 attendees, so rooms do fill up. The good news? Hotel and rental rates are quite affordable—especially if you're sharing with friends!

Please note: transportation to and from the Summit is up to each attendee. There won’t be hotel or airport shuttles. However, parking in downtown High Point is possible. We’ll send out detailed parking info a few weeks before the event.
