Third Space Community Yoga - Online

Located at the intersection of Broadway and Addison, Third Space is a community hub where people can meet, gather, work, learn, grow and form lasting, meaningful relationships.  There’s a sociological theory that to be happy, people need three spaces that feel like theirs: home, work, and somewhere else. A third space where they can belong, where they are known and would be missed if they were gone. That third space is just what we’re building.

She is passionate about helping students connect mind, body, and breath in a Hatha yoga practice that provides more than physical benefits. Margie incorporates elements of yoga philosophy and mindfulness meditation in her classes, helping students to build self-awareness and cultivate skills they can use on and off the yoga mat. She brings a diverse background as a university instructor, creative director, and public speaking coach into her yoga teaching practice. She believes in the power of yoga to build connection and community and is excited to bring Community Yoga to the Third Space.</p><p></p><p></p>
