We will use female genitalia language. We all have different genitals for different reasons so if you have an energetic version of female genitals, you are complete and welcome in this space.

What gender is this retreat for?

Accepted Answer

Women and Vulva Beings. We are a Trans, Enby, Queer, 2S, Disability, ND, SW, BIPOC, & all body type inclusive space. Please reach out for more information if needed.

Question 3

I have experienced s*xual trauma, can I still attend?

Accepted Answer

We ask that you are at a point in your journey where you can self soothe. Trauma can unexpectedly show up in many ways. Nadia is qualified to hold space for trauma and all their work is trauma-informed. You are welcome in this space and this is a great place to shift your healing!

I have never done this work in a group/it is new to me, I have some fear/concerns.

Accepted Answer

This is incredibly normal, especially since most of us were conditioned to relate to s*xuality as taboo, edgy, and shameful. Everything I guide you through is an invitation, meaning NOTHING is required, expected, or pressured. You will be 100% encouraged to listen to & honor your own body above all.
