Frequently asked questions

Cancellation Policy

A full refund minus administrative fees ($47.67 for early bird, $57.27 for regular registration) can be provided if cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to the program start date. A 50% refund is available for cancellations made between two weeks and 30 days before the program start date.

Emergency Cancellation Policy

Refunds cannot be processed within 14 days of the workshop unless accompanied by a doctor's note explaining a health emergency. A full refund will be issued if, for any reason, the facilitator needs to cancel the retreat program.
