Our Terms of Agreement adn all questions and answers are continually updated. By purchasing a ticket to The Dinah, you agree to our terms, plus any and all updates to our policies. You are responsible for staying updated on our policies. You may request the most current update by writing to customerservice@thedinah.com.
Frequently asked questions
All sales are final. No refunds. You may request a transfer to the next year if you are unable to attend. There will be a $50 transfer fee if approved. Any ticket transfer is at the producer’s discretion and is not guaranteed. Put your request in writing and direct it to customerservice@thedinah.com
Failure to use credentials due to illness, death, pandemics, acts of God, travel related problems, acts of terrorism, loss of employment and/or duplicate purchases are not refundable.
If the Government, or any other entity of United States authority, require we postpone The Dinah 2025, you must provide within fifteen days of the postponement announcement, a written request for refund. We will put your package up for resale and when it sells, we will reimburse you.
You will immediately receive an order confirmation e-mail. If you did not receive an order confirmation the same day, please contact us. You MUST present the Eventbrite Confirmation letter, plus a valid ID and the credit card you ordered with, to retrieve your wristband.
Wristbands WILL NOT be mailed. Passes will be available at WILL CALL in the Desert Conference Center of Riviera Resort at listed times or at the door of any event. On site ticket purchase will be available at each party, if tickets are still available. Best to purchase in advance!
If you are ordering for other people, you must list all names and email addresses in order for them to receive their own confirmation letter. If you do not list all names, you will be the only person who can receive all tickets and your guests must be present with you to receive wristbands.
If you lose your confirmation letter you can go into your account and order another confirmation. Ivy ou lost confirmation letter at the event, contact will call immediately. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your ticket's value, if someone else has used it.
No professional cameras or videos are allowed at The Dinah. You must receive media approval from The Dinah publicist, Mona Elyafi. Professional photographers and videographers may contact her at mona@ILDKMedia.com. If you do not have approval you will be asked to leave.
Artists are subject to change, cancellation and or replacement, including on the dates of performance. Artis are an added value and are not considered part of the cost of your event ticket. We reserve the right to switch out artists at any time.
All guests agree to participate in promotional, publicity, or merchandising pictures of the guests during this event. For full release terms, read the Terms of Agreement at checkout.
All events are rain or shine. Should we postpone a date entirely, we will offer a replacement date and your tickets will be transferred to the replacement date. There are no refunds for any reason. All sales are final.

Riveria Resort Palm Springs offers valet parking and there are ride share services throughout Palm Springs. You can also find some street parking but you better get there early!
What can I bring to the event? Bring - Friends, sunscreen, and good vibes! Do not bring - Outside food or drinks, beach chairs, umbrellas, water guns, bad attitudes, weapons, or anything else that can be used to hurt someone. Be nice. Play nice. Dinah is nice.
The Dinah reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Zero tolerance for harassing or making anyone intentionally feel uncomfortable. Public over-intoxication. Stealing. Trying to sneak in. Sneak in outside alcohol. Remember: The Dinah is a nice event. Dinah attendees are nice. Be nice!
Guests are prohibited from handing out fliers or promoting any goods or services without prior written consent from the producer. Anyone caught doing so will be asked to leave the premises without refund.
