Project of the Year: WCREW proudly recognizes projects which showcase vision and ingenuity that positively and economically impact our communities.

Community Impact: Presented for their contribution and social impact toward a real estate project that enhanced our community through development, renovation, or design.

People's Choice: This award acknowledges significant projects across Wisconsin and provides a unique opportunity for CRE industry professionals to engage by showing their support for their favorite projects. The honorees will be showcased, and voting will take place in real-time during the Impact Awards ceremony.

Judges’ Choice: This award is an opportunity for judges to highlight a real estate project that does not fit into any of the existing award categories, but still deserves to be recognized for its impact and innovation.

Woman of the Year: This award honors a woman who has contributed positively to the Wisconsin commercial real estate industry and exemplifies the mission of WCREW through her actions.
