Can you imagine a Minneapolis where people are treated with respect, dignity, and care, where everyone has a place to sleep at night, where police violence is a thing of the past, and where our communities have clean air and a sustainable future?
Join Mike Norton and me as we put our imagination to work at a backyard THC-infused gathering in support of DFL-endorsed Ward 8 candidate, Soren Stevenson!
Although Mike and I are in Ward 13, supporting the election of Soren in Ward 8 will bring the Minneapolis we imagine closer to reality.
A little bit about Soren:
- His profession is housing policy and he earned a master's from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the U of M
- He felt a call to action after losing his eye when he was hit with a police projectile during the 2020 protests
- He wants to be an active partner in taking on the issues that matter most to Minneapolis residents and will take a people-centered approach to policymaking
- He’s a political newcomer

Come meet Soren, enjoy some light refreshments + free edibles*, and consider the very real possibility that together we can elect a progressive majority to Minneapolis City Council in November.
Please join us in donating to Soren. Our goal is to raise $2,000 for his progressive campaign. *Only people 21 years and older can enjoy these products
