About this event

Join 4-5 families for a delightful afternoon celebrating Tu B’Shevat, the Jewish New Year for trees! We’ll be hosting a Tea Party at Provisions South, where you can enjoy delicious teas, snacks, and good company. Let’s honor the environment and learn more about the significance of this special holiday.

The gathering kicks off with a PJ read-aloud, and an introductory circle to get to know each other better.

Then, we’ll try out some different teas! We’ll also have crafts and a planting activity to grow your own parsley/karpas for Passover in a few months.

Dressing fancy optional and encouraged 👒

Frequently asked questions

Should I bring anything?

More play teapots and teacups to share if you have them! If you have a younger child who likes to wander off, Provisions has a few high chairs. Bringing a booster seat to keep them in their seat at times could be helpful.
