Our beach workout & social will take place on Saturday, April 26th at 8:00am.

The location is Haulover Park, there is plenty of parking across from the Blue and Yellow restroom area where we will be located.

We will begin warm up at 8:15am!

  • Bring beach essentials! Towels, water & suncreen.

Family & Friends are encouraged to join! Please grab tickets for every person attending.
