Join the legendary Captain Phil for a two-hour sunset cruise from Leonardtown Wharf. Relax, unwind, and enjoy the serene waterways of St. Mary's County as you toast to a spectacular sunset!

After boarding the Lisa S., a 48-foot charter boat, you'll depart from Leonardtown Wharf, cruise down Breton Bay and onto the Potomac River. You'll circle St. Clement's Island, where you'll get an awesome view of the historic Blackistone Lighthouse before heading back to the Wharf.

Guests are welcome to bring their favorite snacks, drinks, and adult beverages aboard to enjoy as you cruise Breton Bay and the Potomac River.

Guests over 12 years old are welcome on this cruise.

Boarding begins 15 minutes before departure so please be prompt; you certainly don’t want to miss this boat!

When do cruises depart?

It depends! Cruises are timed to coincide with the sunset, which changes throughout the season. Scroll up to see all dates and times. All cruises board 15 minutes prior to departure.

Where do I park?

Free parking is available at Leonardtown Wharf Park.

Where do I go after arriving at Leonardtown Whard Park?

Head to the boat slips located on the left-hand side of the park (when facing the water). Look for the 48-foot charter boat named the Lisa S, typically docked at the far end of the pier. Captain Phil will greet you upon arrival and help you aboard.

Are children welcome?

Guests ages 12 and up are welcome aboard.

Are pets welcome?

Pets are not allowed on the boat. Please leave your furry friends at home!

Can I bring food or drinks?

Yes! You may bring your own snacks, drinks, and/or adult beverages. Please dispose of all trash in the onboard trash receptacle.

Is there a bathroom on the boat?

Yes, there is one bathroom on the boat.

Is there anywhere nearby to get dinner before the cruise?

Yes! Leonardtown Wharf is just minutes from downtown Leonardtown, which is home to many restaurants and eateries.
