The Stone Soup Storytelling Institute is a 501(c)(3) not for profit organization that administers the Stone Soup Storytelling Festival, which was made SC’s official state storytelling festival in 1988. Our mission is “To promote and to nurture storytellers and the traditional performance art of storytelling."

We host the Stone Soup Storytelling Festival every year in April, as well as smaller storytelling events throughout the year.
