Barleylands Spring Country Show: A Fun-Filled Family Day Out!

Join us for an action-packed day at the Barleylands Spring Country Show! Whether you're looking for thrilling entertainment, adorable animals, or family-friendly activities, we've got something for everyone.

Meet friendly farm animals in the Petting Zoo, see reptiles and exotic birds up close, and even make friends with Alpacas! Test your skills in the Fun Dog Zone, where you can enter dog shows or try your hand at agility with your dog. There’s also live wrestling, meet-and-greets with beloved children's characters, and plenty of exciting activities for the kids, including a Fun Zone and Archery.

What does the entry ticket include?

Arena demos including motor stunt shows, dog & sheep show, birds of prey displays, and asteam traction engine parade. Live wrestling shows all day. Live music including Taylor Swift & Lady Gaga tributes. Petting zoo, reptiles, exotic animals, alpacas, stalls. Small charge for Dog show/agility.

Do carers need a ticket?

Carers can enter the show free and do not require a ticket (please bring carer ID/confirmation)

Do under 5s need a ticket?

Under 5s do not require a ticket.

Do I need to print my tickets?

No, tickets can be scanned from a smartphone (please have tickets ready when you enter)

Is there a car park?

Yes we have a huge free car park for visitors.

Is there disabled parking?

Yes, please display your badge clearly on entry, and follow the disabled parking signs.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes dogs are very welcome, on a lead, and please clean up after your dog. We have lots going on for dogs, including fun dog show classes, and have a go at agility.

Do the vendors take card payments?

Our caterers and bar, plus the majority of our vendors do accept card payments, however please be aware that some of the children’s rides and inflatables do not take card. There is not a cash point on the show site.

Will there be food and drink at the show?

Yes we have our trusted food caterers at our shows. We also have hot and cold drinks and a licenced bar.

Can we bring food and drink into the show?

Yes you are welcome to bring picnics. Please note, no alcohol can be brought on the showground, only purchased from our licenced bars.
