As a student, am I not too young to meditate?

Overthinking, pessimism and reactions become a habit. The longer you stay with them, more effort may be needed to overcome it. Everything is quick in younger ages, including meditation. Every technology, fashion, hobby, relation will pass but meditation stays with you for life. Try to cultivate!

What if I can't join on Jan 25th or scheduled time? Can I join later?

We understand everyone has a busy life and unexpected events may come up. As such we have 'break out rooms' created to help participants who start from a later date. We will also have recordings available on YouTube channel. You will be informed via WhatsApp/Email.

Silent meditation– Silent meditation and on music based of notes suitable for specific energy centers– Going deeper on specific topic, followed by one-to-one session with guidance on how to continue practice at home and any address any queries you may have.
