Welcome to Homebody: a transformative sound healing series! Join Wilhelmina (Lily) for a six-session sound bath journey in the comfort of your home. (drop-ins welcomed) During this series, we will focus on community, connection, and deep, personal healing. Through 80 minutes of sound healing and open conversations, we will take time to come hOMe to our bodies. Become one with ourselves, connect with our inner child, and find harmony within our mind, body, and spirit. On top of this divine personal healing, within this sacred space, as a community, we will connect and support each other through this transformative journey.
