Join us at an exciting and empowering camp at the Shenandoah River State Park in Bentonville, VA. Our Novice Fly Fishing Camp is perfect for young women who want to learn the art of fly fishing or to increase their skills and knowledge in a supportive and fun environment.

Check-in is Sunday June 15 at 11am, and check-out is Thursday June 19 at 4pm. During this 5-day/4night event, campers will have the opportunity to connect with other like-minded young women while exploring the beautiful Shenandoah River State Park. Our experienced instructors will teach you the basics of fly fishing, from casting techniques to selecting the right gear. Watershed conservation education is also a big part of our camp.

This camp is for young women, ages 12-18. The registration fee includes lodging, and all meals and snacks. The campers will build a tool lanyard and receive a complete rod/reel kit, both of which they take home at the end of camp. Full scholarships are available upon request at shen.reel.women@gmail.com.
