Come to play, free to listen! Music Open Mic at Saulter St Brewery (formerly Music Open Mic at the Sidekick) is a chance to watch the next great singer-songwriter, musician, or vocalist perform on stage in an intimate setting. Spend your night with us sipping a beer, enjoying a glass of wine, a snack, or non-alcoholic beverage, and enjoying a mix of original music and covers. Outside food is also welcome!
All singer-songwriters, acoustic musicians, vocalists, beatboxers are welcome to sign up to perform each week at 7:30pm in-person. Show starts at 8pm, and runs until 10pm every Saturday night.
Typically 2 songs (or a 10 minute maximum set) per person. If there is more time, we can often invite peformers up for another song!
Saulter St Brewery is an inclusive space located in the cool, creative neighborhood of Leslieville/Riverside in the east end of Toronto. Take the 501 or 503 streetcar to Saulter St, and walk south to find Saulter St Brewery tucked away behind Queen Garden Centre and next to Saulter Street Parkette. Street parking is limited and time-restricted, so please plan accordingly.
