Frequently asked questions

How can I get my virtual running packet?

Please email into info@thebestraces.com and we will get you set up with our virtual training packet. If you would like to receive a shirt and medal, make sure you register for the Shirt/Medal option!

When do I have to complete my virtual run?

The greatest thing about running virtually is you can complete your run anytime anywhere. As such, there is flexibility as to when you complete your run.

Do I get a Shirt & Medal?

If you select the option for the Shirt and medal. Please make sure to use your full mailing address when signing up for your run as our warehouse ships your shirts to the registered address. After you have completed your run, you may email into info@thebestraces.com for your medal.

When will my shirt arrive?

Your shirt will arrive the week before the run unless you signed up less than 2 weeks before the run. In this case, your shirt will arrive after the run.

How can I raise funds for the event I'm running in?

We do our individual donations to associated charities for our runs. To help you fundraise, you can use this page: https://thebestracesjourney.com to raise additional funds

My medal hasn't arrived yet. What can I do?

Please forward your confirmation email and email us at info@thebestraces.com so we can help you follow up with our warehouse.

My shirt hasn't arrived yet. What can I do?

We ship our shirts to you by the week of the run. If you signed up within the last 2 weeks, there is a good chance your shirt is on the way as it takes 1-2 weeks for our warehouse to ship your shirt. If you still need assistance, please email us at info@thebestraces.com so we can help you.
