Why on Earth is AFA hosting a Literary Cafe for a book that looks NOTHING like our usual fare, you may well ask!

How does this have anything to do with FREEDOM, with Western Civilization, with upholding the values that we all treasure?

Well, the fact of the matter is, this has EVERYTHING to do with freedom, with Western Civilization, with morality and values and, yes, God.

Barak Lurie, Los Angeles attorney, host of a weekly radio show on AM870 here in LA, frequent speaker at AFA events and author of the best-seller Atheism Kills: The Dangers of a World Without God, and Cause for Hope (for which we held a Literary Cafe in January of 2019) dives into one of the subtlest but most crucial ways in which the very fabric of our society is being shredded. He applies his usual love of our core values and respect for God as a crucial element in Western Civilization to this topic, as hard as that may be to wrap one's mind around. Plus, the book is a joy to read, and very very funny.
