About this event

  • Free venue parking

Restorative yoga is a gentle practice focused on deep relaxation and stress relief. It involves using props like blankets, bolsters, and blocks to fully support the body in restful, passive postures. These supported poses are held for extended periods, allowing the nervous system to reset from "fight or flight" to "rest and digest". The practice emphasizes mindfulness, slowing down, and cultivating a sense of comfort and safety. Restorative yoga improves circulation and digestion, enhances flexibility, and builds a more resilient nervous system. It’s an accessible form of yoga that can be adapted to suit all levels.

Lead by cerfited teacher, birth doula, and yogic practitioner, Kaden Harrington. Her unique teaching style derives from her studies in the Scared Valley of Peru. She draws from the Yoga Sutras and Tantric knowledge to create a practice suited for the modern world, but rooted in ancient wisdom.
