We’ll begin with an immersion in a soothing sound bowl and Reiki experience, where healing frequencies and intentional energy work come together to support emotional balance, stress relief, and inner alignment.
You’ll then be lead in a gentle movement session to help you release tension, open the body, and ease into a grounded state. From there, you’ll be guided into Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative, meditative experience that promotes nervous system reset, mental clarity, and full-body relaxation.
To round out the experience, an herbalist specializing in women’s gut health will lead an educational session focused on healing through plant-based practices. You’ll learn how to support your digestion, balance your system, and incorporate natural remedies into your daily routine in a way that feels accessible and empowering.
Light refreshments will be served, allowing you time to nourish your body, connect with others, and fully enjoy the experience.
