It's time to let your body and mind sink into deep restoration.
This 90 minute workshop will give you the time and space to stretch your body and hold restorative poses while receiving massage treatments.
We'll begin with some stretchy movements and find our way into holding comfortable restorative postures with the assistance of props (blocks, bolsters, blankets, and eye pillows). Restorative yoga is specifically designed to activate the parasympathetic nervous system. If you have trouble finding the time to slow down and relax, this workshop is perfect for you!
As you rest in each pose, Kat will come around and apply massage techniques to help deepen the release of muscles and fascia. She'll be using aromatherapy oils during the massage to assist you in fully relaxing.
Andrea will guide you through a yoga nidra closer to the end of the workshop. Yoga nidra is the ultimate relaxation technique for releasing stress and tension. It's a guided meditation that uses a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.

- Comfy clothes
We'll be providing all the props for the workshop. If you don't have a yoga mat, we have one for you to borrow.
