Join us for a unique opportunity to learn Reiki Level 1, an ancient Japanese healing practice that can help you improve your physical, emotional, and mental well-being. These Reiki classes are designed for beginners and will teach you everything you need to know to become a certified Reiki practitioner. Research has shown Reiki reduces stress and anxiety • Promotes relaxation and better sleep • Boosts immune system and natural healing processes • Increases intuition and spiritual connection • Enhances overall health and well-being. Introduction to Reiki principles and history • Learning to channel and work with energy • Techniques for self-healing and healing others • Practice sessions and personalized guidance • Certification upon completion of the class. Classes are taught by certified Reiki practitioner who has years of experience in healing and teaching. She offers a supportive and welcoming environment for all students, regardless of their level of experience. Certification: Upon completion of the class, students may receive a certificate. Pre-registration required.

Refund Policy: “Requests for a refund on a fee-based class not cancelled by the college must be made at least five (5) working days prior to the beginning of the class. No refunds can be made on requests made after that date. A $5 per person processing fee will be retained on all refunds unless the class is cancelled or meeting times are changed by the college.”

Napa Valley College's Community Education is offered throughout the Napa Valley with administrative offices located in St. Helena at the Upper Valley Campus. The program is comprised of workshops, fee-based classes, noncredit (no-fee) classes, educational trips and tours, special events, and short-term vocational training programs. Enjoy a variety of classes to choose from in subject areas such as the arts, writing, culinary arts, gardening/outdoors, computer literacy, modern languages and ESL.
