Reiki I Training
Energy imbalances are the root cause of most diseases. Reiki is a Japanese healing modality that helps with stress reduction and relaxation, facilitating the body’s natural ability to heal.
Join us for Reiki I training where we’ll introduce the Reiki principles, history and different degrees of Reiki. This Traditional Usui Reiki I training will enable students to practice self-Reiki and share Reiki with family and friends.
Participants will receive 4 Reiki Attunements during the training opening them to the Reiki energy and its applications.

— Reiki History
— Principles
— Introduction to Reiki Degrees and Applications
— Initiation to Activate Reiki 1 Energy (Attunement)
— Practical Applications for Self-reiki (Hand Position Protocols)
— How to share Reiki with others (Hand positions for both table and chair use)
