Based on some of our most popular and often requested workshops, Lead Into Gold is an introduction to one of the foundational cultural practices of our community: Conflict Transformation. Most of us learn to see conflict as a wall to get over, under, or around, an obstacle preventing us from achieving our individual goals. But what if we changed that? What happens when we view conflict not as an obstacle, but as an opportunity? Not as a wall to avoid, but as a launch pad to send us to new levels of understanding and collaboration?
