What sizes will be available in this sale?

Accepted Answer

Bridal sizes 4 to 28W. Meaning they will fit like regular sizes 0 to 26.

What forms of payment will you be accepting?

Accepted Answer

Visa and MasterCard. However, if you pay with actual cash, we'll cover your sales tax for you!

Question 3

I haven’t shopped for bridal gowns at all yet. Is this a good place to start?

Accepted Answer

These events are designed for the "I'm ready to find it" bride.  This is not the place to come to “get ideas” as they are all unique enough to not find again, not to mention, the caliber gowns you will find here you won't find at these prices anywhere, and we pride ourselves on that.

Question 4

Does everyone in my group/party need a ticket?

Accepted Answer

For this particular event, your one purchased ticket includes entry for you & 1 guest to assist you. You ticket also includes a celebratory mimosa when you find & purchase your bridal gown, photos ops of your "YES" day, as well as entry into our social occasion sale in our other building.

Question 5

Do brides really purchase more than one dress?!

Accepted Answer

All the time!  At these prices, why not? Many brides purchase 2 even 3 gowns! Not only to get married in! Some purchase another gown as a reception dress, or for “trash the dress” photos, or to elope in one dress and wear a different dress for the party they throw when they get back!

Question 6

Will you hold a dress if I need to think about it?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, No. We suggest coming to this event ready to find & buy your gown. If you walk away from a dress, you risk someone else falling in love with it & purchasing it. Gowns are mostly one-of-a-kind discontinued or concept designed gowns & are marked down to rock-bottom prices to sell quick.

Question 7

Will you run out of gowns?

Accepted Answer

On average we bring in 400-600 bridal gowns to our event. Unless every bride that attends purchases 20 bridal gowns each, we will not run out. Since we are now hosting this event at the owner's bridal shop - there will be over 1000 gowns to shop from, as she is including her newest arrivals as well!

Question 8

What is your return policy on these gowns?

Accepted Answer

All gowns are a Final Sale. No returns, no exchanges - just like a bridal shop. What's nice is that you know what you are buying - no surprises, no waiting on special orders. You take the gown you fall in love with home with you that day! Yay!

Question 9

Alterations - are they included? Everywhere I go, every dress I try on , the gowns need alterations.

Accepted Answer

As anywhere else, alterations are not included, so you should set aside a separate budget for that. We will have referrals to seamstresses we trust available, should you not have one already lined up.
