About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours

Love is a many-splendored thing, and we’re here to celebrate it in all its beautiful, messy, exhilarating forms. Join Generation Women DC for a special evening of storytelling, where six women share tales of passion, romance, heartbreak, and desire.

With World Pride coming to DC this June, we’re embracing love in all its expressions. This night is a joyful tribute to love without limits—whether it’s a painful breakup, a lasting partnership, or a wild fling that left a mark.

About Generation Women:

Our mission is to amplify underheard voices, and create space for intergenerational connection and community.

Six storytellers. Six generations.

At our seasonal live show, six storytellers of note share an original, true story on a theme. Of those performers, one is in their 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, and 70s+. Our diverse line-ups will make you laugh, cry, and reflect on the cycle of life. Generation Women is an intimate literary salon that brings together people of all ages.
