Join Coach Tammy for the last TW Donut Run of 2024! We'll meet at 9:30am and take off shortly after. Run is around 3 miles at an easy pace [usually 10-11 min/miles]. Stay for coffee and donuts after! [some donuts provided] Everyone is welcome!
