What's Going to Be There?
Saturday's will feature vegetarian and vegan dishes to show how we chop, spice, and serve our delicious cultural foods. We'll learn how to cook dishes from Missir Wot (red lentils) to Atakilt (cooked cabbage, potato, and carrot in a turmeric sauce).
Sundays will be a mix of vegetarian and meat dishes, giving those an option to cook holiday and celebration meals. We will cook dishes like Doro Wot (spicy chicken sauce) and Kitfo (ground beef in oil and spices).
