The 2025 New England 10 Miler Series

Earn extra bling (and bragging rights) by joining us for the New England 10 Miler Series! Runners who complete all three races will receive a New England 10 Miler Series Medal and swag item, as well as year long cumulative time competition. The 2025 series consists of three events; The Portland 10 Miler (4/27), The BankNewport 10 Miler (6/1) and the Vermont 10 Miler (11/2).

Series Perks

Series registrants are automatically entered into all three races and recieve the following added perks:


Extra Bling

Earn an extra Series medal along with the three individual race medals. All Series registrants also receive a unique bib for each race.


A Beer at Each Race

A complimentary beer at each race from Rising Tide, Ragged Island and Von Trapp Brewing.


Swag Item

Cross the finish line in Stowe and grab your 2025 Series Swag item — a pair of Series branded moisture wicking run gloves! Final design coming soon!


Updated Standings & Awards

Participate year-round with fellow Series participants, tracking updated race standings throughout the year. Awards will be given to the top 3 finishers based on cumulative time at the end of the Series.

Series Registration Policies


Eligibility

To complete the New England 10 Miler series, runners must register for the series as a whole and participate in all three events in that calendar year. Registration for events individually will not make a runner eligible for series completion.


Already registered for an individual event?

If you have already registered for one or two of the individual 10 Miler races but would now like to run the complete series, please contact us. Availability is limited.


Refunds

Full refunds are allowed up to 30 days prior to the first event of the series.

Please email info@graymattermarketing.com to request a refund and include your name and the event name. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS made to requests after the 30 day prior deadline.


Deferrals

Deferrals to the next year’s race are allowed up to 30 days before the first event of the series.

Please email info@graymattermarketing.com to request a deferral. This will be available for you to register for the following year’s event. Instructions for using the deferral will be emailed to you.


Transfers

We do not allow transfers of registrations or bib swapping. No exceptions.


Extreme Weather Policy

Our events are held rain or shine. However, there is always the potential for extreme or severe weather conditions. Race organizers will do as much as we can to ensure the experience is as safe as possible. In the event of severe weather, the race may be delayed as race officials consult public safety officers. If there is more than a short delay, if conditions persist, or the forecast calls for extreme weather, race officials reserve the right to alter or cancel the race. We do not schedule "rain dates". Any decision to cancel an event is done as an absolute last resort and is made collectively with local risk management, police, fire & rescue, and medical personnel as appropriate. In such situations, there will be NO REFUNDS as registrants accept any such risk of their entry fee when signing up.
