Can I attend in person?

Yes! This year we are adding back the in-person opportunity. If you live near Nashville, we would love for you to join us at the Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center. A light breakfast and box lunch will be included. Register soon - space is somewhat limited!

Can I bring my children?

Since this is a conference, use your best discretion. We are not able to provide childcare due to limited space. Topics are geared toward adult learners.

I'm joining in person - how do I find you?

Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center, 2220 Pierce Avenue, Nashville 37232. Free parking is available across the street in the South Parking garage. Please park in any patient /visitor space. Take the elevator to the G (Ground) floor and walk across Pierce Ave. We'll be in the 8th Floor Conference Room

Will there be food available?

Yes! We will have a light breakfast (Bagels and coffee) beginning at 8:30a. We will also have a box lunch for you to take with you at the conclusion of the Symposium around 12:30p. Please make sure to let us know if you have any dietary restrictions.
