Yoga has many benefits.

In these sessions you will;

· improve flexibility and mobility across the body.

· build strength and stamina in the body.

· increase energy levels, enhancing motivation and will power.

· improve cognitive functioning, especially focus and concentration, which builds confidence and will power.

· bring about holistic wellbeing and overall stress reduction through stimulating the body’s natural healing processes and immune system.


All of this whilst dropping those socially imposed restrictions; giving a sense of freedom as we practice in our naked natural state.


Who would benefit from these sessions?

Anyone who identifies as a man, and is interested in improving their general health and wellbeing through yoga practice, doing so whilst naked.


Who are these sessions NOT intended for?

Anyone looking for 'more' than yoga. Please respect the space and the intention to offer a safe space.


Frequently asked questions

I've never done yoga before, will these sessions be suitable for me?

These sessions are aimed at beginner to intermediate, so they will be suitable for most people.

I have never done naked yoga before. Can I keep my camera off?

No. The intention is that we all share in our nakedness. These sessions are not for voyeurs. Cameras should be on at all times. However, how much you show of your body is completely up to you. One of the things to bear in mind is that yoga is a great vehicle for building confidence.

Will there be the opportunity to do 'more' than just yoga?

No. These sessions will be strictly focussed on yoga practices. Anyone engaging in activities outside that remit will be removed.
