Yoga has many benefits.
In these sessions you will;

All of this whilst dropping those socially imposed restrictions; giving a sense of freedom as we practice in our naked natural state.

Anyone who identifies as a man, and is interested in improving their general health and wellbeing through yoga practice, doing so whilst naked.
Who are these sessions NOT intended for?
Anyone looking for 'more' than yoga. Please respect the space and the intention to offer a safe space.
