Los Angeles Police Department Hiring Expo

The LAPD is hosting a Hiring Expo on Saturday, July 14th. Candidates will have the opportunity to participate in the following:

• The Written Test (Check in begins at 7:00 am)

• Initial Background Review (Bring a completed PHS and Credit Authorization)

• Physical Fitness Test

• Oral Prep

This event is open to everyone interested in becoming a Police Officer. Fitness attire and running shoes required.

Minimum qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years
• Citizen of the U.S. (or have applied for citizenship)
• High school diploma (G.E.D. or equivalent)
• A background suitable to become a law enforcement officer
