Dr. Amy Day has been at the forefront of the natural women’s health movement since 2004 after receiving the 4th ND license in the state of California. While in naturopathic medical school, struggles with her own women’s health issues fueled Dr. Amy’s passion. She is a hormone expert, an author and a speaker for both medical professionals and the public, and believes that every woman+ has the right to be vital. Using a unique approach called The VITAL Method, her team offers compassionate care that combines lifestyle counseling, functional lab testing, nutritional supplements and bioidentical hormones to help women+ feel great in and about their bodies, and stay vital throughout all stages of life.  

Valerie Tookes is a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach and a ICF Professional Certified Coach who believes that trusting your body’s deepest wisdom, equals true health. Her work is devoted to helping women+ transform their health and their world by changing the way that they see their body. A facilitator, retreat leader, guest speaker and wellness educator, she works as Lead Coach with The Women’s Vitality Center and happily lives in Oakland with her kitty Austin.
